WRIST / FOREARM EXTENSOR TENDINOSIS

https://staticxx.facebook.com/connect/xd_arbiter.php?version=44#channel=f1c00a6acc&origin=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.doctorschierling.com   The Extensor Muscles of the wrist and forearm are found on the backhand side (opposite the palm side).  If you pretend like you are revving a motorcycle, you will feel the Flexor Muscles and tendons ball up in the forearm.  Unlike FOREARM FLEXOR TENDINOSIS, the extensor tendons are not so related to CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME.  However, they are highly related to a form of Elbow Tendinosis called LATERAL EPICONDYLITIS (Tennis Elbow).  Understanding TENDINOPATHIES is a must!  Also make sure to visit our PATIENT TESTIMONIALS PAGE.

Be sure to visit our STRETCHING PAGE as well.  This is not a page to show people what I like to refer to as ‘Wellness Stretches”Although I think regular stretching is a good thing, that is not what this site is all about. Our various Stretching Pages are dedicated to demonstrating stretches specifically for people suffering with various CHRONIC PAIN SYNDROMES — particularly those who have been through our TISSUE REMODELING TREATMENT.
