Do not deceive yourself when you look at Catalyn's Nutritional Label.  If you are used to looking at labels of nutritional supplements that show their product has 10,000 mg of this, or 100,000 mcg of that, then Catalyn's label is certainly not impressive. It kind of reminds me of an undergraduate anatomy professor I had at K-State named "John".  John was a typical book-head who stated to a group of his Anatomy Team Leaders, "We all get plenty of nutrition here in America.  Just look at the way that everything from cereal to bread is fortified.  In fact, you could probably live on Twinkies and be just as healthy as the next person."   This is why it is so critical to understand the difference between WHOLE FOOD NUTRITION / WHOLE FOOD NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS and Synthetic Nutrition.  There were about a dozen Anatomy Team Lectures who heard John's diatribe against people concerned about nutrition, and half of these are now M.D.'s.  Could be why so few doctors know the first thing about nutrition ---- or for that matter, even think it's important (HERE).

Catalyn is a tremendous product.  However, you can see that it contains wheat.  Because the wheat used is non-hybridized wheat, it does not contain the crazy amounts of GLUTEN that today's hybridized varieties of wheat contain.  However, if you have any symptoms of GLUTEN SENSITIVITY, or if you have any sort of AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE, I recommend you not take this product as it could actually make you worse.
